The Command Menu:-
The Command menu is invoked by pressing " / ". The menu has varying number of options which range from Saving, Loading, Formatting,
Printing, Inserting, Editing the Spreadsheet. Below is a brief idea about the OPTIONS in the MENU.
Spreadsheet (/S): it has 4-Sub Options - Load (/SL), Save (/SS), Print (/SP) and Clear (/SC)
Format (/F): Formatting of a row or coloumn can only be done.
Delete (/D or Del key) : Deletes the content of the cell.
Goto (/G) : Goes to entered cell no. { Range of cells Addresses - from A1 to CV100.}
Col (/C) : Inserts a Coloumn (/CI), Deletes a Coloumn (/CD) and can change the Coloumn Width (/CW).
Row (/R) : Inserts a Row (/RI) and Deletes a Row (/RD).
Edit (/E or F2 key) : Edits the contents of the cell.
Utility (/U) : It Recalculats values of the Entered Formulae (/UR) and Formula Display (/UD).
Auto (/A) : It Automatically Calculates the Value of a Formula, and doesnt display the Formula.
Quit (/Q) : It quits the Program and reconfirms saving the file before quitting.
NOTE :- To move from one cell to another use the arrow keys.
